Additional Terms & Condictiones:

Borrower submitting documents on the behalf of this loan application and will not demanding for the same in return in case of file cancellation.

During the loan process in case any direct or indirect losses incurred to borrower during this process than M/s Kutumb Credit is not responsible for the same.

During the loan process in case borrower wants to cancel application and it’s unable to complete the documents requested by the Kutumb Credit company then it is considered as failure and no obligation will occur from M/s Kutumb Credit, Jaipur Rajasthan.

M/s Kutumb Credit, can demand any information or demanding related loan application documents that may require regarding this loan.

During profile verification process of borrower by investor attorney team/Kutumb Credit team any documents related to loan file can be demanded & it is mandatory on the part of borrower to present the same.

Company is only liable to the amount directly deposited in the account of M/s Kutumb Credit by the borrower party only and if borrower is paying the any charges to Kutumb Credit account through BMA than Kutumb Credit is not liable to the any amount deposited by BMA on the behalf of borrower application.

For any further dispute regarding borrower loan application the jurisdiction area entitled Jaipur, Rajasthan, India court only excluding any other court of India.
